Main equipment

Aluminum rod continuous casting and rolling production process

1. The process flow is as follows:

Qualified aluminum water→four-wheel continuous casting machine→straight straightening machine→front traction machine→rolling shearing machine→casting blank transition support device→feeding machine→roughing mill→finishing mill→aluminum rod cooling device→mast rod forming device→ Take-up trolley and take-up basket device → round aluminum rod.

2. The qualified aluminum water is injected into the four-wheel continuous casting machine through the launder, and continuously cast into a trapezoidal ingot with an area of 3300 mm 2 . The waste ingot is cut by rolling shear, and the qualified ingot is fed into the continuous rolling mill to continuously roll out the rod, and is formed into a tray by the take-up system.
